No that's if he stole more then $2500 dollar. He could have taken her iTouch, iPad and iPhone and still not racked up that much. This is so stupid.
That's true for stealing, but it's not stupid either. He didn't just get arrested for stealing. He was most likely arrested because he assaulted the girl. If any of that had any glue, he could realistically get more than a year. But what is really going on is the authorities needed to put some fear into Mayweather so he has more respect. It appears like he could be a real danger to the girl so one could conclude that they are trying to provide her with whatever legal protection is available.
