Floyd ain't going to jail. Probably get plea bargain for maybe 1 or 2 of the serious charges, the rest gets dismissed, probably will be given probation, hundreds of hours of community service, a fine, and a suspended sentence.

These charges aren't serious compared to ones like rape, 1st or 2nd degree murder, robbery with a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, etc.
