I think the overall depth of the card makes it all worth watching. Okay, not a set the world on fire main event, but with a few decent support acts it is a watchable enough gig.

I dunno. Escalante - De Leon should be good, but Alvarez - Baldo is a gimme fight and Ortiz - Harris is as big a travesty of a fight as I have ever seen. Harris will be lucky if he can walk out of the ring IMO. Mosley - Mora is interesting to me, but it seems to be of marginal interest to most people and I think it could be a blow-out.

    I'll definitely be watching though.

In that respect nothing great, but a chance to see a few names make a final stand. Agreed that this first fight is a fairly nice matchup.

I hope Ponce De Leon loses, I can't stand anyone who fights with a semi mullet. It's just not right.

That was a rather nice shot, I will let the mullet go this once.

Damn, thought he'd do a bit better than that. Ortiz has some competition for quickest win of the night.

The main event is intriguing as we don't know what Mosely has left. But I think the fight will be dull either way.

Either Mosely is totally flat and loses an uninspired decision, or else Shane is too slick for Mora and outboxes him comfortably and without risk.

I don't think it will be exciting either way.

The undercard looks interesting, but I have a feeling like the last big Golden Boy PPV they are bad matchups and the fights themselves will suck

Ponce De Leon vs Escalante will likely be the fight of the night, but it's on first, and will have a crowd of maybe 50 watching and therefore no atmosphere.

Ortiz vs Harris is a joke and Ortiz will win when Harris gets stretchered out from another headbutt in round 2

Alverez vs Baldomir, is an appalling matchup. You want your young contender to look exciting. DON'T put him in with Carlos Baldomir!! This fight will send everyone to sleep imo.

So I think we will have one decent fight, but De Leon will win inside 6 imo, then Harris retires injured after 2 rounds, and Alvarez uses Baldomir as a punch bag for 12 rounds but makes no impact.

I think the matchmaker will be sacked after this.
