Could Ike Ibeabuchi have beaten a Klit?

I think he COULD yes. He was a big puncher (to a fashion) and had a good chin and workrate BUT he was relatively untested and he did take a lot of punches against Tua who is not much of a combo puncher and just moves in and throws one or two big hooks. So whether he WOULD?? I don't think so but I think he had a better chance than ANY of the recent challenges to the Klits.

He actually was a pretty good combination puncher, and he had pretty good defensive skills. That being said I think he also has a better chance than any of the guys out there except maybe Haye who could close the gap much quicker.

Also workrate doesn't help, not that you are saying it would, against the Klitschko's style. Especially when you are being pummeled by a cross-like jab and the guy has good movement to get away afterwards.
