I think people are forgetting what was said, i never said i wouldn't be KO'ed. I said i could maybe last 3 rounds, because i have a big height/reach advantage. I used swimming as an example as "part of my workout" but then people just went overboard.

But whatever i don't know why this guy, keeps bringing it up. I don't know the purpose of it is, other than try to take the piss out of ICB. But it doesn't bother me, he doesn't know me personally. He doesn't know what im capable of.

Swimming is very good for you no doubt. But ICB mate, just don't rise to them everytime or this will probably go on forever.
