Benn or Eubank - Who was better?

I'd have to go with Eubank but it's close.

I was going through some of my old boxing magazines the other day and came across a KO Magazine from 2006 that rated the top 20 British fighters of all time. They had Eubank one spot ahead of Benn.

Here's what the first paragraph said on Eubank

This flamboyant dandy from Brighton is hard to rate. You've got to place him ahead of Nigel Benn, since he stopped "The Dark Destroyer" and did better against all their common opponents. He was also more elusive than Benn, had better boxing skills and a far better chin. And yet, in many ways, he achieved less.
