James Kirkland released from prison sent to halfway house

I've never seen someone hold another person's hand through such horrible decisions as this guy has made. Nobody cares that he is an ex-con who was driving around with an illegal gun anymore. I guess Everyone let Marg off the hook so why not for this guy?

And I don't think Kirkland is overrated. I think he is a tough SOB who takes big shots because he believes in his own power. He is always willing to trade. Please somebody throw him in there with Angulo. This would make me so so happy.

I wonder if Kirkland feels any remorse?

He was just hitting his stride too and hope he can pick it back up. Left was coming to life and improving,sharp. Wonder if he's walking around full middleweight now? His style wont aford a long shelf life but he is must see TV. Give me Kirkland vs Angulo...I'm happy.

Remorse for what? He didn't hurt anybody he just had a gun for who knows what reasons but I guarantee you it was rooted in his own protection. I mean he deserved to be punished but his offense wasn't that bad, he deserves another shot if he can truly turn his life around. I think he's a tad overrated, I don't believe him to be a world beater but could you imagine him versus Angulo? I just hope he bothered to keep his weight down.

He's got little to his game, but if he's the same fighter he was, I see him beating the majority at 154/160. I love the way he just imposes his will on opponents, I think Angulo is more skilled than him, but I think Kirkland would break him down. That would be a hell of a fight.

Awesome, I had totally forgot about this guy. All action fighter, really fun to watch his fights. Remember that 1 or 2 rounder he had vs Conyers? Was good stuff. He battered Vera pretty good too.
