You know, on 2nd thought... fukk Haye AND Wlad. The division isn't good enough to put up with all this posturing. Us true fans will stick to the lower weights, where actual boxing is going on.

Amen. It's most people's opinion that the HW division has become dull for years. Quick name the last truly great HW fight? Lewis-Vitali ('03) imo. Again let's try to name an anticipated big HW fight where you had fans and casual sports fan very interested? Lewis-Tyson ('02). So basically that's 7-8 years already that the HW division has truly failed to produce an great HW matchup and/or anticipated fight. Whereas the lower weights has produced epic and anticipated matchups. Yes, we do need the HW division to be really great or produce some exciting champ ala Tyson, Holyfield, young Foreman, Ali to bring in the casual fans, but i have a feeling boxing will be okay if Haye-Wlad never happens. In fact Mayweather-Pacquiao is the far more interesting and anticipated matchup that fans and casual sports fans want.
