And they should probably stay away from the south. Not sure we would support a team well enough. They're obviously going hard after the Pacific Northwest which is smart because they'll actually support their teams.
The biggest argument against having an MLS team in the south is that it would not get any support. For example Atlanta's team the Silverbacks are in a market of almost 3,535,000 and have an average attendance 2,400 in a declining trend. Whilst Montreal in a market of 1,600,000 have an average attendance of 11,300 in an increasing trend.
The Sounders are averaging over 36k a game (selling out most games) Which puts them on par with the average Premiere League, Bundesliga, and La Liga teams and near the top of Serie A
