public vote hasd been used for several years now - if not for that i reckon the sports personnel who had the votes would have recognized Taylor 2-3 years back.

They'll never let Taylor win it in a million years. Imagine all those famous faces and famous athletes and Britain's best representative is a 50-year-old great big fat bloke.

I think Taylor is awesome but he shouldn't be in front of Tony McCoy.
