I'm pretty fit, I do cardio work outs 5-6 times a week so I think I should be okay on the grind. I doubt I'll be able to do it with any quickness though, I'd like to try to finish in under 50 minutes. There are a couple of Vancouver hockey players, the Sedin twins, who reportedly did the grind in about 30 minutes.

Apparently the average completion time is 1.5 hours.
