I think Haye WOULD beat Vitali at this stage BUT prime Vitali would have been a different matter. Vitali has visibly declined a lot over the last 18 months and that was clear when he fought Sosnowski. The man who made the comeback vs Peter would have destroyed Albert way quicker than that and looked much better doing it.

I think Haye knows Vitali is in decline and if he decides to be a man after he destroys the Fraudster and actually fight a Klit, he will go for him before Wlad.
Well he's yet to fight a heavyweight that's younger than 36 so that last part may very well be true. IMO it's still a big ask for the guy because Vitali doesn't have to rely on punching power the KO's he has acheived are great and all but he can still score on any fighter out there. I know Vitali has slowed, but I think the Sosnowski fight is a bit deceptive. No he's not the guy that "harpooned" Kirk Johnson or that demolished Danny Williams, but he can still hurt any heavyweight in the world. I think his power has suffered because he doesn't sit down on all his punches like he used to, he's going to land some pretty hard but he's not going to shoot right hands like the one he caught Lennox Lewis with in the 2nd round of their fight....that was a humdinger (I think even Lennox would agree to that)
