can someone please confirm if when asked about tarvers mouthing off before there fight did hopkins say something down the lines of

" i saw alot of guys like him (tarver) in D-BLOCK and just like them, if he was in d-block he would have had his but F*@~&$£+. and then b-hop smiled

i was told about this but haven't seen it, is it true?
