I like how Khan just had his first real fight with Malignaggi, and everyone is ready to conquer the world behind this guys talent. IF and IF (big if) he gets through the Maidana fight, and we see how his chin holds up, then we can give a thought to what he can do on the world stage.

Khan is still very much developing. I am "fascinated" to see him beat up on a guy with 5KOs in his career. Nothing to worry about coming back and hurting you there. But he has only failed when his promoters got a little creative with his opposition.

On the other hand.. Mayweather would like to fight someone coming up in weight, I'm sure. He loves the "challenge". And Khan is still far too wet behind the ears. He doesn't know how to overcome at all.

No disrespect fella, but that is utter bollocks, I guess you missed his total shut out against Kotelnik the guy who just got robbed against the WBC and IBF Champ at 140.

Khan is not in May's league. But hey, why not spew a bunch of shit out of your mouth to try and get a 15mil or more payday.

As much as Mayweather annoys the fuck out of me, he's a oustanding master boxer, with a great chin, and stamina.

Khan is a solid B+ level fighter. But when you want to be a crossover elite boxer, you have to have A's in most of the categories you can rate a boxer.

Once Khan shows chin improvement (like Manny did) I will re-evaluate my thoughts on him. December will be very telling for Khan's career.

Until I think otherwise about Khan or May -

Mayweather Ko7 Khan (I bet with either a straight right, or his infamous "check" hook)

The more I think about it, I think this fight could happen quite easily.

    Think about it..

Alexander v Bradley two fights taking place including the rematch so theyare going to be tied up till late 2011 if any of 2011, so Khan can't fight them two.

Mayweather if he doesn't fight Pac I think Khan represents the biggest money out there in around 147 and on paper is not really a fight that he should have many problems in.

If Khan keeps winning even his ridiculous haters will start calling for it. Fact.

Non taken (disrespect).. But I just see Kotelnik as a gatekeeper to the 140 division and nothing more. If he is going to be a boxer, he better have the skills to win a comfortable decision, if he was a puncher, he would have the ability to stop the fight when he hurts his man. Unfortunately for Kotelnik, he is neither. I like him as a fighter, but not as a measuring stick from how great Khan might be. Top that with the fact that Kotelnik is a counterpuncher by nature, and Khan just ran the whole fight... I think the tapes will show clearly why Khan is a real... well... pu$$y.

I am eager to see how he handles Maidana. If he is going to put on his Tutu and dance the night away with the Village People, then I'll be tuning in elsewhere, because Khan will not gain fans that way. He still has so much to prove.

Fact is I don't see Mayweather giving two shits about fighting Khan. He doesn't care if its a British show down or a Louisiana hoe-down.. He wants the big money. Don't ever think Mayweather is out there for anything other than that. I do NOT see him fighting outside of the US before his career is up. There is just no reason for him to have to, when he could fight 1hour away from where he lives/trains/sleeps.

I really do wish Khan the best. I hope he gets his confidence back (yeah like he ever lost that). And I would like to see him keep taking big fights

    What utterly great logic.

Khan wins he's a pussy, Khan loses he's a pussy.

Oh come on now.. I wasn't saying that. I was pointing out how he won, and who he beat. I think he has great talent, and he so young and fresh for the sport.

I see the way Roach is bringing him up after getting his block knocked off a couple years ago. I just think Khan has way too much money for Roach to turn away from. Khan would otherwise never be in the position he is with getting to spare with MP and other great stablemates. It's pretty obvious Khan wants to be the best, and not just talk like he is the best. Go Khan! I'll be cheering him on in his next fight.

Look there are times even in ODLH, Whittaker, Leonard, career where I wasn't thrilled with their performance. I hope Khan gets in a fight worth watching that is longer than 63 seconds

Also, if he doesn't stop chasing Hatton around, I will never take him seriously
