The viking freak gets absolutely smashed.
it was just a matter of time, Lesner was UFC's biggest joke. Now lets see who Don King....I mean Dana White gets to replace him.
yup, Carwin showed us that which we all suspected. That freaky viking physique could only go so far until it ran into a skilled fighter...and that is what we saw in spades tonight.
oh hey...nice to see you out of your...5 year posting drought?

I was kinda hoping Herb Dean would let Lesnar get smashed a bit more
Vid is on youtube now
Brock got battered. He's been stopped twice in the first round already and he's only had afew fights. Thats worse than Khan
I think it got stopped a little early. Clearly he was getting beat down, but watching slow mo, lots of punches missed and the cut was under his eye.
Would have liked to see the second round. It was an extremely disappointing fight.
Maybe Herb felt like Brock had his extra time in the last fight......
Credit to Cain though, he was very accurate and landing crisp shots but nothing real hard. Except the knee. He stayed on Brock and didn't let him recover.
Just seemed to me that Brock made himself dizzy with that weird double spin move when he missed his takedown attempt. He got hit, but it looked like more of a balance issue, then when he gets his balance he starts getting tagged. Anyway just didn't seem really hurt, just gun shy and not wanting to get hit. Considering he took bigger shots from Carwin and came back ok, I would have liked to see that last a little longer. I am sure he would have made it through that round.

Apparently, he yelled STOP, near the end. Which is when Herb Dean jumped in and stopped it. Not sure how true it is.
But I believe a reporter or something thought he heard Brock say that, and Dana White agreed, saying he thought he heard Brock yell stop as well, but wasn't 100% sure.
A visibly shaken White apparently didnt even congratulate Cain. Just put the belt on him then went over to Brocks corner.
Took a blow in the cash cow dept...
Not sure about that man. I think the fans Lesnar brought over with him from the WWE are now pretty much ufc fans as well. Sure some of them might not pay for ppv events now that Brock isnt champ (and probably wont ever be again) But I think that demographic had been pretty much tapped into.
But now they opened their doors for Mexican fight fans who never gave a shit about mma. An impressive performance by Sanchez and Velasquez might have earned the ufc a few more fans. I still think Boxing will remain the premier contact sport amongst the Mexican community but I'm sure this event will increase the interest atleast amongst Mexicans living in America.
.. but who knows, Dana White did look like he just lost a million dollars
