No. Steroid abuse should be sentenced with one year off the ring and a fine and a repeated offense could be life time ban or a couple of years, using a dangerous weapon in the ring should mean an automatic life ban, a la Lewis-Resto.

Have you ever done physics classes for god's sake? On your own assessment, Steroids can enhance perhaps from 10-15% the strength of somebody. Do you know what is the level of pressure in brass knuckles? it triples or more the force of impact, which is.... infinitely more damageable than Steroids.

Also, spare me the bullshit that a cheater is a cheater, there is different levels of severity, steroids should be banned for a good year, using a potentially lethal weapon should be banned forever. Both should be punished but in a different way. PAnama Lewis and Luis Resto got a life ban for the use of plaster and removing padding in gloves, why would MArgarito, who did something as severe, should receive less?
