I kind of lack of respect for any guy beating by jealousy a woman. IN that respect, it seems that that kind of disrespect runs in the Mayweather's family and if he's truly proven guilty, I hope he'll get a few years in jail to realize how what he did was bad and serious.

He's in no more trouble than he was, normally a restraining order would be issued right after arrest so it's a little odd that they've waited months to do this. Also that his arraignment has been pushed to the same date as Roger's.

Yeah, I used to be a huge Gatti fan and I've been hugely disappointed by his conduct as well, still like him a bit because he used to be a classy guy in his everyday life and till the last episode, a fairly good example for the other boxers but the last antics before his death did back him by a couple of degrees in my esteem too.
As for the restraining order, I am not sure neither why it took so much time, perhaps because they did need further investigation, see how were the kids and make a psychiatrist see them separately to compare the versions and to see what the mother was saying on top and compare the versions. Really not sure though but it might be because of that.
