Why? Its not as if there was any resistance to overcome in the first two rounds is it?

probably not, but running his mouth off and the fact that he made almost not attempt to engage until the 3rd round doesn't exactly get rid of any doubts.

the fact that he did fuck all till the third round and tells his friends and family to stick money on the third don't prove anything but it doesn't exactly push it far outside the realms of possiblity either does it?

This shit happens in boxing, usually the other fighter has been paid to take a dive in the Xth round (but why bother with such a gulf in class?) and usually the other fighter has the brains not to say anything afterwards.

maybe Haye was cautious because the 3 stone got to him and he was wanting to draw a counter out of (the always extremely negative) Harrison? I honestly think he did wait. George Groves in his post fight interview was saying theres a round Haye has told us all to bet on. It makes sense to me thats why he did nothing at all for 2 rounds then went ballistic in the 3rd going all out.

If he has the talent to pull out a win in a specific round then good luck to him I guess but it is a bit fishy betting on yourself for a specific round.
