Man that was rough, refs didnt call several early fouls....but Dallas played better and deserved it. I would have to think they're the hot team going into the final.

I'm of two minds on the final, I think it will be interesting. one the one hand both teams are very physical, Colorado is more aggressive on offense, but FCD is faster and more creative. very much a pick'em, but I slightly side with FCD. I expect a 2-1 result.

As the two new teams enter MLS for 2011 they get to do an Expansion draft. This is a really screwy phenomenon in the MLS. When a new team enters, all existing teams choose 11 players to protect and the new teams go through 10 rounds of picks taking unprotected players. No team can have more than 2 players drafted and after one player is drafted from their team, they can protect one more. Portland got to choose first and this is how it played out.
