long time reader, first time poster and all that - go easy on me

Realise some of these have already been mentioned but I'll go for:

    Mayweather - Manny
    Haye - either Klitschko
    Khan - Bradley/alexander
    Macklin - Chavez jnr
    Paul McCloskey - Malinaggi
    Vasquez jnr - Nisiokha
    Cleverly - Hopkins
    Martin Rogan - Arreola
    Solis - Adamek
    John Murray - Marquez/katsidis winner
    Bute - Ward
    Lopez - Gamboa
    Groves degale

    and last but not least....
Harrison - Holyfield for some version of the world heayweight title (so at least one of them can fulfil their 'destiny' so we can see the back of one of them. Unless it was a draw in which case we would have a rematch to look forward to

Dimitry Pirog vs Lemieux would be a war.

Dear Saddo Claus, I have not been the best, I've been naughty with dirty thoughts but I think that I have some fights in mind that could be very good for boxing:

Pacquiao-Mayweather - No surprises at all, I know

Adamek-Haye: Almost the same size for a fuckin' fireworks, Haye or Adamek would be killed against the K so I believe that one would be all sparks out!

Yuorkis Gamboa- Celestino Caballero: Because that would be exciting as fuck too

Odlanier Solis-Alexandr Povotkin: 2 interesting prospects, an intriguing fight.

Saul Alvarez vs Joshua Clottey: A very good step up for El'Canelo and we could see how he deal with fighters tough as nail.

Cesar Chavez Jr vs David Lemieux: Now that Chavez Jr looks top shape with Roach, him and Lemieux could do a super exciting fight if mixed together.

Bute vs Abraham or Froch: To see where he stands in the pot and then fight the winner of the super 6.

Some great fights in this post, love that some of them are not the usuals:

My picks of your picks are:

    Cleverly - Hopkins
    Martin Rogan - Arreola
John Murray - Marquez/katsidis winner (MASSIVE step up for Murray which I think he'd lose)

Harrison vs Holyfield! I hope Audley never gets that name on his CV

I can’t believe you didn’t pick out the audley – holyfield fight as the best pick! I can see it all now…audley comes out and freezes again on the big occasion. After making the mistake of throwing one punch against haye he decides not to risk it again and instead opts to not throw any punches at all. So holyfield chases audley around the ring for the first 11 and a half rounds but because of holyfield’s advancing years he can’t manage to catch up with audley and so can’t lay a glove on audley. Then with 10 seconds left holyfield’s dodgy heart catches up with him due to having chased audley around all night and he collapses in a heap.

    Holyfield - RIP.
Audley - completes his destiny and is World champion without throwing a punch.
The boxing world breathes a sigh of relief.

    titleist,

okay cupcake, where did i go racist in my comments? you know, this same crap happens all the time in other websites. you have a different opinion than pacfans and you're called a racist. enough with the racist claims already. i wrote my opinions of who i wanted to see fight in 2011. oh, and by the way, having rivalries in boxing is very healthy for the sport. and by the way, violent demise and i have no reason to fight. what might happen though is we might come after you!!!
