Damn I'm a little bummed it didnt go longer, but that has to be KO of the year. Williams really left himself open on that one, and it landed perfectly. I think he probably fights Pavlik now? Martinez going to super middleweight would be interesting.

I don't think fighting a power-puncher like Pavlik is a great idea after getting brutally KO'd by a relatively light punching fighter. IMO he needs at least one tune-up fight after what just happened to him. Then again, beating Pavlik would be a great way to get his confidence back. For what it's worth, I think Pavlik stops him. I felt the same way when the fight was first proposed a year ago, I just think Williams is too open and too sloppy defensively.

Martinez deserves this and man just pure class, he even wished pwill good luck before the fight and giving props to him afterwards. Pwill needs to close up that defense maybe this will wake him up, he's class himself usually.
