Before that, nothing will happen and it could, in my opinion, take up to a year or something before these boiling cases are off once and for all. As Mayweather is all about money at first, I think he would try to fight Manny first before he retires to become a politician as it would be the best move moneywise and by far. I am not sure Mayweather would take a risk against Martinez as it wouldn't be rewarding enough money/risk wise and a lost against him could mean a lot less leverage to negotiate with Manny and Bob Arum.
