The fight was a quality fight and was worth the money.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
neutral,
the reason why i mentioned floyd's win over marquez is in the easy manner in which he beat him. it was a work of art and that you cannot deny. do i think he's a scumbag by coming in overweight? sure i do. see there? i called him a scumbag like i call pacquiao a scumbag.
what i was most surprised in the way was how easily he beat marquez while pacquiao was lucky to get a gift decision over him.

not at all, just pointing out how much of a joke you are, and the "loss" Cotto had against Margarito was noooowhere as humiliating as Margarito's losses to Mosley and Pacquiao hahahahaha, damn those were borderline attempted murder
, i'll say it right now Margarito will NEVER win a world title again hahaha must break your tiny little fan boy heart

Very good numbers, what money did the fighters get for this fight?

Try it like this:
Assume the given Pac's Guarantee is $15 Mil. and Marga's Guarantee is $3 Mil.
15+3=18 where 18 is 100%: 3/18= 16.67% 15/18= 83.33% ; 16.67+83.33=100
$54.95 * 1.15 Million =~$63 Million / 2 = $31.5 Million, assuming half the revenue is the purse split which goes to the fighters.
Pacquiao = $26.25 Million
Margarito = $ 5.25 Million
This does not include live gate sales. Who knows what that number actually is. Even with 41,000 tickets sold it won't surpass the high prices at the MGM Grand where they do between $16-20 Mil. It will come in at less than $13-16 Mil depending on which seats were actually sold.
I based this on previous PPV fight revenue splits published. If Pacquiao and Margarito have their guarantee's deducted from the revenue split then they are getting a poor deal from the Promoter's by comparison to what Dela Hoya's revenue splits were.
