How do you know there isn't enough power?
You still haven't shared (to my knowledge) you basic data and boxing experience or goals.
You can tell more about power at the heavy bag.
You get power by using good balance, form, and mechanics. Those are virtually the same for body shots as for head targets, yet you seem to be making some distinction.
Beyond balance, form, and mechanics you get BIG power from being relaxed and with perfect timing.
Why do you need power? Are you fighting in some event? What type or level?
