Spur of the moment or not, he picked him up and out he went. If he hadn't of picked him up he would likely have been able to get the win legitimately. As it stands let's say I shoot you in the head on the spur of the moment on hearing a noise and get off with a suspended sentence. Would that be okay? "But judge it was a spur of the moment thing!".

Yes, I might be remorseful afterwards, but I should not have pulled that trigger and likewise as a professional boxer you don't just randomly pick someone up and allow them to fall on their head beyond the ropes.

It isn't acceptable.
