154 is the best division today. And Cotto sits on top but IMO, can only beat maybe 2 of the top 14 listed above. Foreman and Margarito. Jcc Jr, I'm not sure of cause I haven't watch any of Jcc Jr's fights.

Right now Alvarez would be a war for Cotto!!!

BTW, who is Cotto going to fight next?

I think Cotto takes them all. But we don't know how Alexander, Khan and Bradley will develop.

I think Khan takes any version of Hatton. As does Cotto.

although i believe jr. welterweight is a good division, i think there are much better divisions starting with the:

    1. LIGHTWEIGHTS -...............1a. FEATHERWEIGHTS
    juan manuel marquez................juanma lopez
    robert guerrero.........................hozumi hasegawa
    humberto soto...........................yuriorkis gamboa
    miguel vazquez..........................rafael marquez
    miguel acosta............................daniel ponce de leon
    jorge linares............................. elio rojas
    brandon rios..............................celestino caballero
    michael katsidis.........................jhonny gonzalez
    juan diaz...................................chris john
    ali funeka..................................miguel angel garcia
    antonio de marco.......................jhonny gonzalez
    urbano antillon...........................steven luevano
    vicente escobedo........................juan carlos burgos
    john murray...............................bernabe concepcion
    mercito gesta.............................daud cino yordan
    lenny zappavigna

    3. BANTAMWEIGHTS................4. SUPER MIDDLEWEIGHTS
    fernando montiel.........................lucian bute
    vic darchinyan.............................andre ward
    abner mares...............................carl froch
    anselmo moreno.........................mikkel kessler
    nonito donaire.............................arthur abraham
    yonnhy perez...............................andre dirrell
    koki kameda................................librado andrade
    eric morel...................................robert stieglitz
    jorge arce...................................glenn johnson
    william gonzalez..........................kelly pavlik

i think the minimumweights, jr. flyweights, super feathers, welterweights, jr. middleweights, cruiserweights and heavyweights are weak divisions. i based this list on overall debt of divisions.
