As TAFKAL says, why would the negotiations carried out in the states be any more fruitful than those carried out in Europe. By bringing one more set of negotiators in, that means there'll be two more sets of hands looking for a cut from the fortune.

I think that negotiations will be tough, but a little bit easier because the lion share of the profits will be from the states where it should make sense that they split the profits. Under the other terms Haye wanted British profits and that Wladimir would have germany profits, but Germany has these fights on cable, and Brittain has it on PPV, and also Wlad was helping it be such a big fight in brittain as well.
