Could you post a video where we can see your feet? I can't really tell from this but it looks like your legs could do with bending a pit, you're too upright (I think)
I would only suggest 'dancing around' if you are practicing foot work, not brilliant for conditioning if you do it all the time... a lot of people do it to coast through a work out whilst looking like they a working...
Depends wether you focus on conditoining or technique in the session.
