    He will be in shape..."Round"

If Peter is any kind of a fighter, he will punish Toney to the Body and end the fight within 10 rounds...Toney will lay against the ropes and Peter needs to either stay away or punish Toney's body...but I doubt Peter is disciplined enough

Hmm I wouldn't advise punching Toney to the body. He may not get his hand back....

Peter is probably the biggest puncher in boxing and Toney isn't going to want to take chances.

Am I the only person who feels Toney deserves credit for taking this fight?

I mean he's a natural middleweight and he's fighting a pretty ferocious puncher in Peter. It's not as if he needs the fight either, seeing as he could get the winner of Rahman/Maskaev.

Respect to the fat, mouthy one for taking this, and if he can win, without being floored 3 times like the chinny one it will be a great achievement.
James Toney steps up and fights some good competition. Sam Peter packs some power, so if Toney is smart, he will be ready in physical shape because it will be important for him to be able to effectively move to beat Peter.

It's really funny to watch other heavyweights fight Toney because most of them seem to be able to score if they hit the body, and with the more powerful ones it seems to be the proper strategy, yet they all seem to get suckered in to head hunting him and fighting with him on the inside and because of this, they all lose.

You are very right...I guess that's what's so dissappointing about the heavyweight division...it seems none of these guys come in with a game plan or are disciplined enough to stick with one...I don't know if it's poor coaching, stupid fighters or pure ego....but as long as physically gifted guys like Sam Peter keep fighting the way they do, middleweights like Toney will always have a chance...

Looking back at the Peter/Wlad fight a gameplan was what seperated Wlad from Peter...If Peter's corner had anything to offer to counter the clutch and hold Wlad style this fight would have been over pretty quickly...Wlad had a nice jab and outside combinations and everytime Peter got past it Wlad held and Peter had no answer...It seems that they did nothing to prepare for what should have been recognized as an obvious strategy, didn't anyone in the Peter camp ever see LL fight a puncher
