Removing Corner Men

I was just wondering about the point of corner men especially with fighters who've had over 20 bouts in their career.

If all corner men were removed do you think it would put more ownuss on the fighters mentality and gladiatoral spirit, if a corner man is there to instruct and motivate shouldn't these skills come as 2nd nature to a boxer who should be able to anlayse where he's going wrong in the ring and should be motivated to win regardless of circumstances in the fight.

Obviously there should be a cutsman on hand to ensure the longevity of the fight.
