Personally I think Hayes speed will be the telling factor.

noone has hit wlad in 6 years or whatever

haye will definately get through at least a couple of times and with wlad, thats all it can take

Seems like Wlad has till Jan 11th or he has to fight Chisora s about time he accepted and got it on, he will destroy Haye I am sorry to say, I hope Haye does the biz but I cant see it at all. Wladtko 6/7 th round maybe earlier.
