Wasn't it Bobby Pacquiao who looked like he was on ice skates last year during a match on ESPN2?  It was rather comical, actually.  The shoes he wore (for the first time that night) had him slippin' and slidin' all over that ring.  They eventually wrapped tape around his shoes and it helped a bit, but I believe he went on to quit.  He dropped to one knee for no apparent reason and made the ref count him out.

   That is how I remember it, but I may have two fights mixed up.
