Im not at my happiest when I try to comply with man made time.

Dont much like my misses timing to do stuff either.

I do have a Geneva silver fob on a chain but hardly take it out, its over a 110years old but still works fine.

I'm bought a nice Storm watch last year. It's a casual watch for wearing with jeans, which is how I dress like all the time, so much better than a steel jobby for me.

There's a very positive review of it here complete with a Miles like hater who responds why it's actually shit.

    Storm Caspa Watch Review

I like it a lot, a smart looking casual watch that was about £130 which is all I'd ever want to spend on something that just tells the time.

I am also looking for a watch but want to spend half the amount Bilbo has. I want a silver bracelet in your face type of watch that has alarms and all the gadgets. Been looking for a couple of years for the perfect one but just not happening.

I like watches, but I cannot tell the difference between an expensive one and a shite one. I wear a Diesel watch, which I've had for 6 years and was about £150.00. I have a mate who spent £8000 on a watch and another that has recently spent £2500 on one. To put that into prespective, am looking at buying a second car and have found a 4 years old BMW 320, for £8000!! Crazy
God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I'll say it again, God is a concept, By which we can measure, Our pain, I don't believe in magic, I don't believe in I-ching, I don't believe in bible, I don't believe in tarot, I don't believe in Hitler, I don't believe in Jesus, I don't believe in Kennedy, I don't believe in Buddha, I don't believe in mantra, I don't believe in Gita, I don't believe in yoga, I don't believe in kings, I don't believe in Elvis, I don't believe in Zimmerman, I don't believe in Beatles, I just believe in me!!

That's a nice looking watch, not my style, but nice looking none the less.

Oh, come on now. If I am to criticise something I would do it with far more panache than that.

On the subject of watches I honestly have no idea what is good or isn't. I haven't worn a watch in a decade and use my cell phone to tell the time.

Why do people wear watches these days? Is it simply a fashion thing? 8000 quid on a watch? That is quite serious, I don't understand that.

Everything in my life is strictly time based. It's better than pulling out my phone every 5 minutes (which I do currently)

Actually, I do the same thing sometimes as some of my classrooms don't have clocks. It would be better to glance at a watch rather than pick up my phone or ask the students how much time is remaining.
