Morrison was not too bad at taking punches, but a combination of hard shots usually hurt him badly. Michael Moore springs to mind when I think of glass jaws.
Despite people have already tried to clear Lennox of glass jaw status, Lennox appeared to not like straight shots to the head. Oliver Mcall nocked him down with one, Shannon Briggs sent Lewis wobbling when he hit him with one. Any other kind of shot and Lennox took it fine, it was weird.

Lennox took many right hands from Mercer and Bruno but agree about Moorer.

Morrison yeh. Weird. Seemed he had glass stamina maybe more then chin. Was he ever kept 'on' the canvas with all those KD's I'm wondering. Did he take a knee vs Lewis ??

Mercer had a stubby hard right. Just hurt to watch it.

Yes Tommy did take a knee, your memory is not slipping. Her also took the bombs of Big George.

I dont think Micheal Moore had a glass chin, he was a natural light heavy/cruiserweight that was fighting big punching heavyweights. Enzo Maccarenelli seems to get ko'd quite a bit.

Herol Graham v Julian Jackson - that's what I see in my mind when ever I hear Glass shatter - that KO was brutal - check it out on Youtube if you haven't seen it.

Lewis is a strange one - he could take some big shots but McCall and Rahman wiped him out for sure.

Herol Graham did not have a glass chin. Jackson was the hardest hitting boxer p4p ever!

Charles the hatchet Brewer! Loved his offense and desire but MAN he could be wobbled by a stiff wind.

In many cases the glass jaw or glass chin tag is inappropriate as often knockdowns
are a result of poor balance or somebody getting caught cold not seeing the punch.

e.g. do not confuse wonky legs and/or clouded vision for glass chops.
BALANCE, LEVERAGE, ACCURACY, SPEED and TIMING - Effective punching.

I can't really think of any successful fighter who had a 'glass chin' as you really don't get far in boxing if you get sparked out the first time you are hit!
I know who had the opposite of a glass jaw though, and that's Wayne McCullough. Unbelievable some of the punishment he took and stayed on his feet.
