Brook is mandatory for a world title. He beat Michael Jennings who is a former world title challenger. Since Alvarez is talking about fighting Matthew Hatton, I don't think Brook is an idiot calling him out. If Brook fought Hatton now, I'd expect Brook to win.

I doubt Alvarez even knows who Matthew Hatton is.

The only names on his resume are Baldomir and Ndou and I have no doubt at all that Brook could have beaten them just as easily.

There may be question marks over the quality of Brook's opponents but not in the way he has despatched them.

His resume is deplorable for such a highly touted prospect. He already has a trilogy to his name. Having found the need to fight All Time Crap fighter Ernie Smith 3 times. Apparently Brook giving Smith his 81st loss wasn't good enough. He had to give him number 86 and 98 as well. There's something about Brook his people are hiding. They say he wants Alvarez.
