she would be better off doing a crash course in it, does she have exercise to music? We can't really make one... depends how hard she wants to make the session, how long and the fitness and experience of the clients etc.
When you say boxer size do you mean shadow boxing, pretend kicking, light blows to a bag and all that tomfoolery? :P or does she actualy want a boxing orientated session to put a class through, with proper bag work etc?
