That was alot better than what I was expecting. I noticed you did a good job shifting wieght. like ice man said incorporate footwork and defense into your shadowboxing routine.

sorry, throw that right straight not across the body, as in when you look down the arm is a straight line above that right hip.

don't worry i have seen worse shadowboxing(mine) and thats from guys that have years on you...
