Agreed 80%.

The wife & I watched the fight last night after all of our company left for the 4th & that was about her thinkings too. Tarver had never NEVER been handled like that. He was clueless.

He was head hunting & when the answers started coming back in multiples...Tarver just didn't know which circle to black in.

Watch after the 5th round. Tarver goes pretty much shell shocked for the remainder of the fight.

I actually read on another web site (that I will not acknowledge here) that people thought that Tarver threw the fight & that Hopkins wasn't as effective as it appeared. That's blatant stupidity & pure home grown hate right there.

I compel anyone to watch that fight again & pay close attention to Hopkins & how he handled Tarver. Tarver has never been hit from so many angles & so accurately.

Again...I know that I am a Hopkins fan & everyone rules out my opinions on the grounds that it's nut hugging...but my man did the jam ass work & he should be commended.

The Tarver that fought Jones especially the first two times would have given Hopkins a lot more trouble.

It's just a lesson to all these 175 lb fighters, DON'T MOVE UP TO HEAVYWEIGHT THEN BACK DOWN IT WILL KILL YOU!!!

Just ask Roy Jones...........
I don't think that it's so much he's mentally fragile...again...it was just that he had never been worked like that...not even by Jones in the first match.
