even with arreloa being overweight it wont matter cos at least he will come to fight Haye and actually test him. I want to see him fight arreola because it brings a bit more excitment to the ring. I would love an adamek fight but hes fighting vitali, so thats going to be the end of adamek IMO
If I was managing the guy this is what I would do. There are 2 routes he could go by.
#1 Actually test himself as a heavyweight (in no order): Povetkin, Sam Peter, Tomaz Adamek, Eddie Chambers, Cris Arreola, Holyfield, Pianetta, Boytsov
#2 Another easy fight (in no order): Dimitrenko, Krasniqi, Dominick Guinn, Timur Ibragimov, Hasim Rahman, Valuev II, Sergei Lyakhovich, James Toney, Mormeck II, Tarver, Roy Jones Jr. (Sad to say it)
Yes but Sosnowski is a different style fighter and styles make fights. I think a big southpaw with decent power is usually a tough ask for anyone.
Holyfield is still durable and still has great work ethic.
Sosnowski wouldn't be a horrible choice either. Good durable fighter.
I personally want to see the guy fight a durable fighter with good power just to see what happens and how he copes.
Pianetta really isn't very good, IMO and it's not a fight that would do anything for Haye.
Holyfield is a terrible choice old, and shot beyond ****
Sosnowski...the same guy who Vitali got slated for? (I like Albert and think he's a decent hard worker, but just got no)
Thompson would be a decent choice imo (even if he is old he's tough and talented) but was a sparring partner, Ustinov could be interesting...if it wasn't for the fact he's slower than a shed.
Solis or Adamek would have been the best choices outside the Klitchko's of course.
Thompson won't happen, Ustinov is a K2 fighter so you have to reckon if he refuses to fight Wlad or Vitali he'll refuse to fight Ustinov.
Sam Peter is still a good fight IMO, he's got power, a good chin, and he can box a bit.
Eddie Chambers wouldn't be horrible.
Eddie Chambers is a bloody good fighter. More than just a 'fat' cruiserweight' anyway...
Chambers has quick hands and underrated power but he's slow afoot and he'd get circles run around him.
yeah i can see it to....they'll build Rahman up.......the former linea heavyweight champion of the world who knocked lennox lewis out with a single shot, he's been in there with the best including Holyfield, ( all of a sudden they'll say he pushed Wlad all the way until he got caught with a lucky punch) Rahmans a top tier fighter the last 10 years etc etc etc.....thats what they do, B.S everyone to give it the build up you'd get if a prime tyson was fighting a prime holyfield
