The only surprise about this to me is that he even got caught. I know quite a few amateur fighters and a guy who isn't even competing, he only practices, who take banned substances and/or PEDs. Heck, a pro guy I know said he had never even taken a masking agent when he was taking a PED because he said the test is easy to beat with what he was taking. Everybody knows the testing is outdated and yet it they keep it ancient. I wonder why. Its a lot more widespread than what we are lead to believe. Boxing doesn't want to fix the problem because of the fear it would expose big/huge name guys. That would compromise the business that boxing has become.
