Groin injury help!!!!!

man i hate goin to the docter lol has anyone at least had any experience with injuries like this? I mean my groin isnt that bad just sort of nagging, the wrist dosent bother me really its just really sensitive and I keep hurting it when i hit something decently hard, mainly just a sharpe pain them it will be sore for a couple of days.
