    yes its all down to swimming just ask ICB , its a little known fact that Mark Spitz was also long time boxing light heavyweight champion, he put it all down to being a good swimmer.
    He also said Ali would have been a better boxer if he had swam more.

    Is that the one where he fights the big asian guy ? or is that Bloodsport ? whichever one it is that asian guy used to scare the shit out of me when i was younger, i remember when he was punching the walls LOL.
