Pick just about any day over the last 4 years and log onto Saddo any time of the day, and you would find at LEAST 2 Pac threads on the front page here... Whether they were about a previous fight, an upcoming fight, a possible future fight, or about what Pac had for breakfast last week...

But I don't even recall seeing a Pac vs Mosley thread for at least the past 3 weeks....

If he was fighting just about anyone else, there would have really been constant small amounts of chit chat and hype all the way up to the fight, as it has been for the past couple of years of his career...

But this just confirms that boxing fans think this fight is a total DUD.... yeah yeah I know, everyone is going to say thank you Captain Obvious...
But even past that, it's lost Pac any interest in him even outside the fight... Suddenly people stopped caring what Pac named his new dog, or which friends birthday he attended on the weekend..

Really shameful, and I absolutely confirm I am really not looking forward to this fight... I see it being a really sad fight from the perspective of someone who really likes Shane Mosley... I like he gets a pay day, but otherwise I feel this fight will damage him..
But mainly, I just think it a total bore to take an all time great at the peak of his career and performance and influence, and make a fight that zero fans really give a sh!t about...

I hope the PPV numbers reflect the level of interest on here, and they get serious with his next fight...

But the Target audience are not those who follow boxing everyday. but those who know the name Shane Mosley and are willing to pay to watch the fight.

That old man Arum knows what he is doing IMO.

yea he's robbing TRUE boxing fans and spoon feeding the masses of drones that only follow the 2 biggest names in the sport knowing little about either guy, they could pit Pacquiao against Whitaker in the summer and the average joe would buy the fight just cause Pacquiao's name is in the bill and cause they might of heard "of that Whitaker guy", just cause it sells doesn't mean it's a good fight or a fight that TRUE BOXING FANS want to see

the pacman has to fight marquez after this fight. mosley looks shot and i think everybody expects pacman to win this one quite easily.

arum said that marquez priced himself out of the fight but i dont really believe that as pacman vs marquez makes big money on ppv - so everyone is happy
