I always thought that was the higher being that Kel may be referring too. A guy from above doing all those tricks and sending messages to Moses and Jesus so he could rule the world, then got bored and left us.

Truth is all around us mate. Beings,and mere humans being, some will use others for their own benefits and plans and that is a real part of this part of it.

They cant do that at the beginning of another stage of being (dimensional and in themselves too). That is where the line is drawn. Below that anything goes and it does you only have to look around you and take stock of whats occurring, insanity is ruling us in the name of sanity.

Most decent beings are from the next dimension up and some further up,so if you are not operating personally within their higher frequency level you wont be able to experience them with our material measuring devices (bodies eyes ears etc).
