The best thing Dana White could do for boxing is to stay out of boxing. Imagine if he came over and tried paying fighters $10,000 or $20,000 for a fight. That would never work in boxing, it works in the UFC because thats all they have ever known. I dont need a boxing PPV #156, and then #157 the next weekend. That's what i love about boxing is that it's for people who really love the sport. I don't need a show to watch on TV to make me want to go out and want to buy a UFC shirt and hat so i can feel cool. I would like to see fighters stop paying these sanctioning fees for these meaningless belts, so that we can start getting rid of them.

Fair point of view and I understand the PPV#etc.....I was looking at it in the sense as you mentioned a guy like Dana White...Hell It does not even need to be Dana White just the business opp of the way UFC operates....Like I mentioned beofre the fighters have incentives, FOTN, KOOTN and so on that gives these guys an extra boost to go at it like they should...Like I said as well how many fights have we had that had completely shit cards and we bought inot the hype? 4/5? 3/5?.....When UFC in terms of MMA quality has shitty cards 1/8? maybs 2/8.......

All top boxers do not make the millions people think for every bout....Of course the salaries would be adjusted etc but that is knit pick stuff it is the over all picture I look at
Hidden Content IN CASE THEY ALL FORGOT WHAT REAL HEAVYWEIGHT POWER WAS!!!

Exactly. The fighters have no one to blame but themselves. Even if they were only a fringe contender in boxing they could earn more than that. Im surprised MMA fighters dont try crossing over to boxing for the paydays. They could quite easily pad a record up to a dozen fights and build publicity for another boxing v mma type match.

The only way id see UFC doing boxing is if they did prizefighter type tournaments where you have an eventual winner of one weight. That would appeal to their foam handed audience more than a pure boxing match.
