I'm not one to rub it in usually, but I'm sick of Steelers fans always butting in on Titans articles talking trash, so GO PACK GO! Eat it Steelers fans.

Steelers did it to themselves. 3 turnovers all of which was converted to touchdowns for the Pack. Aaron Rodgers is sick!

    That was a great game.

Nelson pissed me off like 5 times. But they did it. Lombardi is going back home baby.

I completely agree. It was the Steelers game to lose and they gave it away.

How about the national anthem? Christina Aguilera really screwed that up didnt she? Not only forgot the lines but did the typical r&b oversinging, which always sound like shit. Plus she looked a mess. The Black Eyed Peas had a bad halftime show as well. It wasnt horrible as far as visuals, but the songs I am sick of pretty much. These guys used to be a underground type hip hop group, now they have just totally sold out on all levels.

The Black Eyed Peas were poor I thought, I've never been big fans of them but they sounded terrible live. It was a good show with Slash and Usher coming in, but they're not the best performers live and those songs got boring sooooo long ago. With the national anthem though, I hear that the NFL had some timing issues and were over running or something, so she had to change it up slightly to get them back on track? Not sure if there's any truth to that, but she didn't sound great either

The Black Eyed Peas were never really stacked with much talent, except for the girl. What they have had is very good stage presents and usually just put on a good show. The problem they had was the sound people were completely off. Maybe they were drunk or something.

I heard on the radio that the Superbowl had 111 Million viewers. That is the most watched in US history. They said it was house holds and not TV sets. To put a little perspective on how big that is:

Ranked (15) 53.6 million - Super Bowl XLIV (New Orleans Saints vs. Indianapolis Colts)
    Ranked (1) 50.15 million - M*A*S*H series finale: "Goodbye, Farewell, and Amen"[31]

    32.30 million World Cup 1966 (England v. Germany) 1966-07-30 BBC1
32.10 million Funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales 1997-09-06 BBC1/ITV

List of most-watched television broadcasts - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ah... just so you know, this is not world-wide viewership, it is just in the US market share ratings.

Which is why boxing should be back on mainstream tv.

Those viewing figures are amazing, I wonder what the worldwide ones were?

I think it must be difficult to get the sounding right when they have to rush to get everything set up on the field at half time, they don't really get much of a chance to make sure everything's tuned in properly before the show starts. The visuals were great, the stage set up, the dancers in front and Slash and Usher both coming in. But yeah vocally there's only ever been Fergie who has pretty good voice I think

Exactly. Rodgers really settled down and threw the ball well all night. You can't win if you're going to turn the ball over like the Steelers did. There was some really sloppy plays, particularly the fumble and Roethlisberger's second pick. He was trying to force that throw when there was double coverage on the receiver. Imagine what the Packers would have been like if they'd had a strong running game all season

WHAT?! Imagine if they had Ryan Grant, Jermichael Finley, and the rest of the starters on their IR?! They might be the next dynasty in the NFL. They're so young too!

Damn I forgot about Jermichael Finley being on IR... when they get everyone healthy, and if they can stay healthy (big if) then this team can definitely go on and win another Superbowl or 2 over the next 4-5 years. Like you say they're so young, surely they can only improve over time. They really have elite players in so many different positions...

By the way what do people think of the CBA? I don't really know what's going on with it, but from what I read/hear on TV or wherever the analysts seem pretty conflicted over it. Some say the expect a deal to get done and that there'll be a season next year, others say we may miss games and others seem to think a blackout could be on the cards?
