One of my college buddies had one with the straight-6 in it that he wanted to sell me. ($900.) the tranny was crap. I would have had to change the motor mounts to get a real muscle engine in it so I passed and got a Ford turbo Capri. I was infatuated with the turbos then. In hindsight even as a clone would fetch a fair price ($20K-$35K). I'm considering a chevelle malibu right now. I remember a mate bought a new Gt xy panel van in red and black back in the day had all the gt stripes done in the factory, 351 yella terra ,holloy 4 etc pulled it all out balanced and blue printed. I wonder if its still around.
