• Gotta love the laughable WBA's latest ruling, yet another one that insults the intelligence of boxing fans. Celestino Caballero, a career junior featherweight who once unified two of the belts, moved up to featherweight and defeated fringe contender Daud Yordan almost a year ago. In his next bout, Caballero moved up to junior lightweight and was a massive favorite to defeat Jason Litzau. However, Litzau pulled the upset. Caballero's reward for losing in a terrible performance? The geniuses at the WBA made him the mandatory challenger to fight "regular" featherweight titlist Jonathan Barros.
