I heard Gesta almost decapitated his journeyman opponent last night. I think he's already ripe for Rios.

Donaire is gettine 350k while Montiel is getting 250k. That's pretty fucked up considering that Montiel is more known in the boxing world and more accomplished and I doubt Donaire is the bigger star to be paid more.

    That's boxing politics for ya.

Montiel took less money in order to make the fight happen. Montiel doesn't take less money this fight wouldn't be happening. Montiel didn't let Donaire price himself out like he did in the past

Yeah. I know for a fact that that's just one of your bullshit story like you made up in the past.

The better fighter (not whos got the bigger name) simply got the higher paycheck. And you'll find out I aint shittin' ya after the fight.

Is there a televised undercard for this fight ? HBO has it listed for 2 hour time slot.

Karass deserves this rematch; in the initial fight, I really thought he was the victor in boxing smarts and endurance. Mike gassed himself out early and barely out-boxed his way out of the nightmare he put himself in. Hopefully, MJ won't be so trigger-happy this time and underestimate Soto's endurance and skill.

Man, this is a good Saturday.

That must be why Buster Douglas made way more than Evander Holyfield, right? Again you show how limited your boxing knowledge is when the topic ain't Pacquiao

Thanks for the link bro, but nah don't post it on the main forum. Because people spy on the well known boxing sites. Looking to get these link's taken down, so either put the link you know where, or message the trusted members.

I think top rank will shut down broadcast anyway before the karass-jones fight and the main event. It's HBO contract thing.

    I don't know. But we'll see.
