I think Donaire has made a career mistake with Conte. For a smart man, I think Conte is kinda stupid.
What Conte has done is use a "smart ass way" for the body to produce EPO it wouldn't otherwise produce naturally. It's semantics. Those that are against the use of unnatural elements in the games will go after him to outlaw the tents, masks and the like.
Personally, I believe EPO's real power is the placebo effect. It doesn't give a fighter more skills, power, speed or punch resistance and the only time anyone can put up a tangible argument in a contests outcome, is if stamina is involved.
So the thing is when they take the blood sample, the profile will show unnatural levels of EPO in the blood which is a the red flag for further testing to look for synthetic drugs. however since the method of over producing the EPO was through tricking the boding, there is no synthetic EPO to find. Thus there is no PED's in Donaire's system.

I think he's doing the B-Side Meth.
I think he knows the risk being associated with Conte, and he know as well that his fellow filipino is being suspected of the A-Side. He knows these risks; he know too well that this issue is being talked alot at the moment, so if he's dirty it will come out before he even earn his first million.
But as he said, he's offering his arm for testing anytime. So, I guess his next opponent can request the test with no issues.
IMO, he's okay.

surley if donaire was using drugs of this kind Conte is the last person hed get invloved with, purley because it invites suspicion. Personally id want to keep it on the low if it were me and i was using PEDs ... having someone like Conte brings attention to the subject
his clean
i think most high level athletes are using drugs to enhance their performances.
sometimes its to help get over an injury. sometimes its to help get by a specific opponent. sometimes its all the time.
the drugs are designed to stay ahead of the testing methods...by the time the testing catches up with any given drug, most of the top level athletes have moved onto a newer undetectable one.
